VibeTicket provides access to live events, live‑to‑digital broadcasts, and video‑on‑demand content. Prices vary by event and are set by the event organiser, subject to platform fees.
Displayed prices may include: base ticket price, platform service fee, and payment processing fees. All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change prior to purchase. Completed purchases are not subject to retrospective price adjustments.
All ticket purchases on VibeTicket are final and non‑refundable, except where explicitly stated in this policy or required by law. This Refund Policy applies platform‑wide and may not be overridden by event organisers.
Refunds may be considered only if: the event is cancelled and not rescheduled; the event is materially altered; a verified, material platform failure prevents access; or a confirmed duplicate or erroneous transaction occurs.
Refunds will not be issued for user connectivity issues, device incompatibility, non‑attendance, partial viewing, or change of mind.
This policy applies uniformly across all events on VibeTicket.
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds (where applicable) are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Rescheduled events remain valid for existing ticket holders. Refunds are not issued solely due to rescheduling unless required by law.
VibeTicket may cancel or suspend events that violate policies, laws, or pose operational or reputational risk.
Users must not: abuse, harass, or threaten others; upload malicious or harmful content; attempt unauthorised access to platform systems. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
VibeTicket processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Principles include lawful processing, purpose limitation, data security, and user rights. A full Privacy Policy is published separately.
